(CercleFinance.com) – Renault Group announces the signing of a binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the PUNCH Torino center of excellence on their cooperation on Renault 4-cylinder diesel engines for light commercial vehicles.
Under the terms of this agreement, PUNCH will be able to buy, use and sell Renault’s current and future 4-cylinder diesel engines. This partnership will be brought by the automaker to the Horse project announced during its Capital Market Day.
Renault Group engineering teams will continue to develop low-emission diesel engines for light commercial vehicles and will also collaborate with PUNCH engineering teams, for production from 2025.
