(CercleFinance.com) – Renault Group is betting on France and developing its activity on national territory in line with the commitments of the three-year social agreement ‘Re-Nouveau France 2025’.

The Group has thus already made nearly 1,000 hires in France since the start of 2022, out of the 2,500 planned for the period of the 2022-2024 agreement.

In regional plants, Renault Group has recruited 700 people to support the gradual allocation of 9 new vehicles in France, the majority of which are 100% electric, and the ambition to produce more than 700,000 vehicles per year in France. . By the end of the year, 700 additional hires are planned.

The transformation of the group also requires a diversification of skills. In this perspective, 280 recruitments were made in engineering, tech and services.

The Group is also continuing to transform the skills of its employees via the ReKnow University and the objective of training and retraining nearly 15,000 people by 2025.
