(CercleFinance.com) – The European Commission announces that it has approved the creation of a joint venture by Volvo Business Services International and Renault.
The transaction mainly concerns the development, production and sale of electric light commercial vehicles as well as the provision of logistics services.
The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given the limited market position resulting from the proposed transaction.
