PARIS, June 15 (Reuters) – Renault has no intention of following Stellantis’ example by quitting the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), the French automaker’s chief executive said on Wednesday.
“We are going to stay, but it is a good initiative by Stellantis, complementary to ACEA”, declared Luca de Meo, about the Forum on freedom of movement proposed by his rival, on the sidelines of the Vivatech conference. (Gilles Guillaume report, written by Tangi Salaün, edited by Nicolas Delame)
