On Saturday evening, a Blick reader reporter spotted a Rega helicopter in Bern. This circled over the Aare at the threshold mätteli. The reader reporter suspected a search operation behind it.
In fact, there has been a search for a person since the afternoon, like the Bern canton police across from the Bern newspaper approved. A corresponding emergency call was received at 4.45 p.m. A police boat was therefore also in use.
However, the missing person could not be found until 8 p.m. According to the police, the situation will be reassessed tomorrow morning. Then it will be decided how the search should continue. (bra)
