Resident Evil 2 and 3: ray-tracing disappears and reappears on Steam, Capcom explains

A few days ago, the owners of Resident Evil 2 And 3 on Steam had a very curious surprise. The remakes of survival horror of Capcom have updated, removing in particular the graphic options linked to the ray tracingas a reminder introduced last June.

The Japanese studio hadn’t announced anything before this patch, but it quickly spoke on social networks to explain itself. And as Internet users imagined, it’s just a mistake. Capcom did not go into details, but promised a new patch to fix this problem, and it has just been published on Steam. Simply update Resident Evil 2 and 3 on PC to enjoy the ray tracing. The option 3D Audio, a little less used, had also disappeared. So she’s back, phew!

As a reminder, you can find the remakes of Resident Evil 2 And Resident Evil 3 To €31.99 (-10%) on Gamesplanet.
