While we await any information about its remake, Resident Evil 4 had offered a VR version at the end of the year 2021, so that we can discover it in a new light. This port had been talked about a lot and had succeeded in convincing the fans, to the point where Armature Studio had promised to improve the game even more with free updates. We therefore learn that a new update has just been released, with the implementation of a highly anticipated mode.
A very generous free update
Oculus Studios and Amarture Studio therefore announce that this update adds the mode The Mercenaries for Resident Evil 4 VR. This mode, well known to fans of the saga, allows you to take up many challenges with waves of zombies to kill and a timer that scrolls before our eyes to put even more pressure on us.
In this mode, it is also possible to play asAda Wong, Albert Wesker, Jack Krauser or even HUNKand the goal will obviously be to make the best scores to have a chance of appearing at the top of the scoreboards.
About twenty challenges specially designed for virtual reality have also been added. By completing various challenges, it will be possible to unlock crazy game modes such as a “Big Head” mode, or new weapon skins for this version.
