Everyone uses detergent. But detergents are not always particularly environmentally friendly. That is why we looked for sustainable solutions and came across so-called washing balls. We’ll tell you what’s behind it in our trends.

If you rely on environmentally friendly alternatives, you will find a range of ecological detergents. If you want to do without chemical substances entirely, you should try washing balls.

The washing balls contain small ceramic balls that are in a water-permeable container. As soon as they come into contact with water, negative ions are released. This increases the pH of the water and becomes basic. The surface tension of the water decreases, so the water also gets to smaller dirt particles and washes them out of the fabric. The balls also contain microorganisms that have an antibacterial effect. This also effectively kills viruses and germs.
