Supplementary retirement pensions for private sector employees will be increased by 5.12% next November 1, decided yesterday the Agirc-Arrco during its board of directors. This revaluation is rather a good surprise whereas it was expected between 4.9% and 5.2%.
To arrive at this figure, the organization relied on an evolution of the average salary of 4.82% and a catch-up of 0.1% in respect of the evolution observed in 2021.
The new point value #AgircArrco is set at €1.3498 and will be used to calculate Agirc-Arrco pensions from the November 2022 deadline, paid on Wednesday 2/11.

This increase represents an annual impact of 4.5 billion euros, entirely financed by the scheme “, it is specified.

AFP reported in September that the supplementary private pension scheme should benefit from a surplus of 3.7 billion euros in 2022.
