These scales had not changed since 2006. The amounts fixed a long time ago no longer correspond to reality, according to Nicolas Lonvin, director general of the services of the Center for the management of the territorial public service of Finistre. To benefit from it, civil servants must present their vehicle registration document, a travel order and an expense declaration form. Concerning the retroactivity of the new rates, agents who have already received reimbursements for the months of January and February will soon see a new payment arriving on their account taking account of these updated scales.
