(CercleFinance.com) – Reworld Media announced on Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of Groupe Psychologies, the publisher of the monthly magazine Psychologies.
Following the purchase offer and the entry into exclusive negotiations communicated last April, the press group says it has acquired 100% of the company’s capital.
With the operation, Reworld can now boast of the widest audience on the market for topics related to health, well-being and personal development.
The company, which already owns the titles Top Santé, Biba, Pleine Vie, Vital and Marie France, indicates that Psychologies has an audience of 1.4 million unique monthly visitors, 1.4 million readers in print and 1, 8 million subscribers on social networks.
In this theme, which the group considers ‘flagship’, Reworld will be able to claim after the transaction a total of 18.6 million unique monthly visitors, three million readers in print and eight million subscribers to its social networks.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
