(Boursier.com) — Reworld Media announced the signing this Friday of a takeover offer for the acquisition of 100% of the capital of “Groupe Psychologies” for the benefit of the company 4B MEDIA and the entry into exclusive negotiations.
The purchase offer covers all assets, media and non-media, deployed under the Psychologies media brand, i.e. the monthly magazine and its special editions, websites, content on social networks and products , services and events developed by the media brand (conferences, cruises, thalassotherapy, wellness weekends, etc.).
In the event that 4B MEDIA exercises the promise to purchase, the parties will enter into an acquisition protocol. The employee representative bodies within Groupe Psychologies will be informed and consulted beforehand on the proposed operation.
