Rexel: recurring net income more than doubled in 2021


(CercleFinance.com) – Electrical equipment distributor Rexel announces recurring net income up 107% to 575 million euros for 2021, with an adjusted EBITA margin up 196 basis points to 6.2% and an FCF conversion rate of 65.7%.

He explains this performance by record sales of 14.7 billion euros (+15.6% like-for-like and like-for-like), the continued deployment of digital initiatives, the focus on price increases and the operational effectiveness.

Rexel proposes to distribute a dividend of 0.75 euro in cash per share for 2021. For 2022, it expects like-for-like sales growth of between 4 and 6%, an adjusted EBITA margin above 6% and FCF conversion greater than 60%.
