(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on August 11 from the AMF, Norges Bank declared that it crossed upwards, on August 9, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Rexel. The Bank of Norway holds 15,355,135 Rexel shares representing as many voting rights, or 5.003% of the company’s capital and voting rights.
These threshold crossings result from an acquisition of Rexel shares on the market.
