(Boursier.com) — The group’s Board of Directors Rexel has decided to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 21, 2022 the distribution of a dividend of 0.75 euros per share, deducted from the issue premium.
The ex-dividend date is set for June 3, 2022. The distribution will be paid on June 7, 2022. This is a record amount distributed by Rexel in the form of a dividend.
