(CercleFinance.com) – Rexel indicates that it has been selected to integrate, from the evening of September 16, the Euronext CAC 40 ESG index, which includes French companies from the CAC Large 60 demonstrating best practices in environmental, social and governance.
‘Inclusion in this index reflects Rexel’s long-standing commitment to sustainable development, which is at the heart of its strategy’, comments the French distributor of electrical equipment.
A signatory of the United Nations Global Compact since 2011, Rexel is already included in SRI indices, including FTSE4Good, Dow Jones, Sustainability Index Europe, Euronext Vigeo Europe 120 and Eurozone 120, as well as the STOXX Global ESG Environmental Leaders.
