Polymetal, the Russian gold miner listed on the FTSE 100, appoints Riccardo Orcel, an Italian banker, as chairman of the board. The latter joins 4 new directors after the exodus of the previous board members. And yes, it is indeed the brother of Andrea Orcel, the famous CEO of UniCredit.
