Series star Richard Moll has died at the age of 80. The American has appeared in numerous film and television productions.

The actor Richard Moll is dead. Several US media, such as “Hollywood Reporter”, unanimously report that the TV star died on Thursday (October 26) at his home in Big Bear Lake, California. His press spokesman announced this. He was 80 years old.

He appeared in all 193 episodes of Harry’s Miraculous Judgment

The powerful-voiced, 1.90 meter tall actor was best known for the role of bailiff Bull Shannon in the sitcom “Harry’s Miraculous Criminal Court”, in which he starred for eight years from 1984 to 1992. The series was nominated three times for an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series.

His first film role was in the television series “Dear Uncle Bill” in 1967. He then appeared in numerous series – such as “A Colt for All Cases”, “The A-Team” and “Smallville”. He also appeared in film productions, for example alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger (76) in “Verprochen ist Verprochen”. Moll was nominated for a Saturn Award for the 1985 horror film “House.” He also worked successfully as a speaker. For example, he did the voices of Batman and Spider-Man in animated adaptations as well as the role of Norman in the animated series “Mighty Max.”

He loved nature

Richard Moll was born on January 13, 1943 in Pasadena, graduated from UC Berkeley and began acting at the Will Geer Theater, where he performed works by Shakespeare. The actor found balance with Hollywood as an avid bird watcher and nature lover and has retreated to Big Bear Lake in recent years. He was married twice and leaves behind two children and two stepchildren.
