An 18-year-old from Hesse has been taken into custody because he is said to have prepared an attack on the lives of other people. According to the information, the public prosecutor’s office and the LKA have been investigating the 18-year-old for several months. His apartment was searched on Wednesday. The investigators found, among other things, weapons and ammunition. Initial evaluations of the confiscated items had confirmed the suspicion, it was said.
A juvenile judge issued an arrest warrant on Thursday and ordered pre-trial detention. There is suspicion of preparation for a serious act of violence that is a threat to the state and of violating the weapons law.
