Rihanna has handed over the management of her lingerie label Savage X Fenty. The singer has resigned as CEO.

Rihanna (35) will step down as CEO of her lingerie label Savage X Fenty. That reports the US magazine “Vogue Business”. Instead, Hillary Super, former CEO of US retail group Anthropologie, will hold the post. The change is scheduled to come into effect on June 26, 2023.

“I am so grateful and excited to welcome Hillary Super as our new CEO. She is a strong leader and focused on taking the company to an even higher level,” Rihanna said in a statement. The US singer, who is currently pregnant with her second child, will continue to serve as the company’s CEO.

More family time?

Specific reasons for Rihanna’s resignation are not given. The musician may want to give more time to her family. With her partner, rapper ASAP Rocky (34), she had her first child in May 2022. She announced her pregnancy during her performance at Super Bowl 2023.

Rihanna launched her lingerie label in 2017, shortly after launching her cosmetics brand Fenty Beauty. Since then, the singer has been making sales in the millions every year with both companies. Rihanna’s net worth is currently estimated at $1.4 billion.
