Riot Games announces a rework for Aurelion Sol

Released in 2016, Aurelion Sol received a lot of enthusiasm from the community given its different design from other champions. However, this enthusiasm quickly died out and only lasted a few weeks. One of the causes of this decline in interest in the stellar smith is simply his spell kit. Moreover, the power of his spells is low despite all the adjustments made by Riot Games.

In fact, to counterbalance all this, the creator of League of Legends announced in his April roadmap a complete rework of Aurelion Sol spells. More specifically, it will bea comprehensive gameplay update (MGC)which is a first for a character in the game. This is a first test for Riot Games and if it works, the studio will repeat the experience on other champions who need it.

As for the first information about this rework, we learn that the focus will be on dragon fantasy in order to really highlight this part of the character. Its gameplay should also be “spectacular to see and more intuitive to play» which promises to be exciting. Unfortunately, we will have to wait a while sincewe should not see this new version of Aurelion Sol for many months.

Along with this announcement, Riot Games revealed that a new jungler is coming to Summoner’s Rift. While we don’t know much about it at the moment, we may learn more about it in the coming weeks. Finally, we were able to discover new images of the Udyr Guardian of Spirits skin rework. To view all Riot Games’ announcements of this April roadmapclick on this link.
