During the Xbox and Bethesda conference this Sunday, Microsoft announced a partnership with Riot Games allowing Game Pass members to enjoy Riot’s PC and mobile games with benefits.

It was an announcement that was not expected by the players but it did take place. On the occasion of Xbox Bethesda Conference this Sunday, we were able to discover the unique partnership between Xbox and Riot Games to bring these two huge communities together. In concrete terms, this partnership aims toto bring amazing content to Game Pass members” with notably the arrival of games from Riot Games this winter.

This obviously concerns the studio’s emblematic games such as League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT but also Legends of Runeterra and Wild Rift. These five games will be available for Game Pass members but the latter will also benefit from the following benefits:

  • League of Legends (PC): all champions unlocked
  • League of Legends: Wild Rift (Mobile): all champions unlocked
  • Legends of Runeterra (PC and Mobile): foundation set unlocked
  • Teamfight Tactics (PC & Mobile): select unlocked little legends
  • VALORANT (PC): all agents unlocked

If this partnership seems for the moment rather meager in terms of content since all these games are already playable for free for all players, Xbox Game Pass members will therefore be able to take advantage of the advantages mentioned above. We think in particular champions on League of Legends unlockable for free, which is normally a multi-year mission for players. We are now waiting to learn more about this partnership between Xbox and Riot Games, but we should know more soon.
