Riot Games punishes the founder of TSM for his behavior towards his players

The TSM Team Manager on League of Legends, Andy “Dinh” Dinh was accused inappropriate behavior and intimidation towards TSM players and staff of the sports structure. Riot Games has decided to impose a series of sanctions on him to change his behavior. The first is that TSM will have to pay a $75,000 fine to the LCS.

Normally the limit of the fine for this type of sanction is $25,000However, the case of Dinh lasting for several years now, has been specially revised and increased to $75,000. Although the LCS is claiming this money, it will be paid to a charitable foundation that fights bullying and protects mental health.

As a second sanction, the director of TSM must undergo psychological training in sensitivity and management, and will have a probationary period of two years. To ensure the smooth running of the sanctions, Andy will be accompanied by a qualified person who will be responsible for role of monitoring the director in the event of attempts at intimidation.

This is not the first time that Dinh has been embroiled in a scandal. Last year he was charged with intimidation and sexual harassment towards his players and club staff. It was this first case that led TSM, like Blizzard, to produce an internal investigation which failed to prove that this harassment was taking place. Riot Games then decided to conduct its own independent investigation. and to reveal the actions of the director of the structure on his site.
