Cyan Worlds continues to keep the franchise alive Mysterynot with new games, but with remakes of old titles. The original opus was entitled to a major modernization in 2021 on PC and Xbox, it was even compatible with virtual reality headsets. This week, the developers tell us a little more about Riven.
Riven, the sequel to Myst As a reminder, he will also be entitled to a remake, Cyan Worlds shares a teaser to announce that the game will be available sometime in 2024 on PC, via Steam And GOG.com. THE Xbox do not seem (yet?) to be on the agenda, but there is still some good news: Riven will be playable in VR, the headsets have not yet been confirmed. The remake will run under theUnreal Engine 5 with visual improvements, but also new puzzles and an expanded storyline, enough to surprise even fans of the original opus, which dates from 1997.
