The girl’s father, helped by three other people (neighbors and friends) who had set up surveillance, arrested the alleged attacker on the night of Friday to Saturday when he was trying, according to them, to climb a fence of his property in Roanne shortly before 3am. During the night from Thursday to Friday, the victim’s mother found herself face to face with a young man leaving her daughter’s room, located on the 1st floor of their house, who had just been sexually touched.

After showing the photo of the young man to the girl’s mother, who formally recognized him, they beat him up, causing him a total interruption of work (ITT) of 10 days, before calling the police.“Lamented to AFP the public prosecutor of Roanne, Abdelkrim Grini. Treated at Roanne hospital, the teenager, an isolated minor who had been living for a fortnight in a specialized structure close to the house, was then placed in police custody and presented to an investigating judge on Sunday but denies the facts with which he is charged.

The prosecution decided to take action and also opened an investigation against the father. It relates to facts of “aggravated violence in meetings committed with a weapon by destination”. He faces three to ten years in prison. No complaints have been lodged at this time.
