An investigation was opened on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 against a father who took the law into his own hands by finding the alleged attacker of his 6-year-old daughter. BFMTV gave him the floor the same day.
Whereas the murder of young Lola, aged only 12, monopolized the media space for several days, another news item came to supplant this one on the front page of the continuous news channel. The facts took place near Roanne, where a young girl barely six years old was sexually assaulted. On the night of Thursday October 20 to Friday October 21, 2022, a 16-year-old unaccompanied minor, who had just arrived in France only a month ago, broke into a home in Roanne, through a window door. He would then have indulged in sexual touching on this famous 6-year-old girl.
Alerted by the noise, the little girl’s mother then went to her child’s room, where she discovered this intruder. The young unaccompanied minor quickly fled. The day after this incident, the father of the little girl went in search of the aggressor of his child. With the help of his friends and neighbors, he managed to find the suspect. After sending a photo to her partner, the girl’s mother immediately recognized the attacker whom she had surprised the day before in her child’s room. Furious, the father of the little girl would then have been unleashed against the aggressor of her child before the arrival of the authorities.
Roanne: the alleged attacker of the young girl remanded in custody
In accordance with the requisitions of the prosecution, the alleged perpetrator of the sexual assault on this young girl was remanded in custody. In addition, an investigation was opened against the father of the victim, who took the law into his own hands. The latter was interviewed on Tuesday October 25, 2022 by BFMTV. “I beat him up“, he acknowledged, while claiming to have been”in a second state” at the time of the facts. “I shouldn’t have done it but I do not regret having done so. (…) Luckily there were my friends and I was at least lucid enough to call the police, otherwise I may have gone further. It’s me now who finds myself accused, it’s the world upside down. But I don’t regret, I could take 30 years, it doesn’t matter, it’s for my daughter“, added the father of the assaulted girl.
