Is there bad blood between Robert Downey Jr. (56) and his MCU colleagues? At least that’s what many fans now suspect, who have noticed that the “Iron Man” actor has unfollowed his Marvel co-stars on Instagram, including Chris Evans (40) and Tom Holland (25). For example, one person writes on Twitter: “I don’t know what happened, Mr. Stark … why don’t you follow the Marvel cast on Instagram anymore?”
However, his followers may be able to breathe a sigh of relief. As Downey’s last posts suggest, the actor only wants to focus on business activities in addition to his acting career in the future. The 43 accounts that Robert Downey Jr. now only follows are mainly companies and people with whom he is supposed to maintain a business relationship.
Is he coming back as “Iron Man”?
However, Robert Downey Jr.’s action clouded the hope that Iron Man will return to the big screen again. Iron Man gave his life in “Avengers: Endgame” to save humanity from villain Thanos (Josh Brolin, 53). Since then, fans have repeatedly started actions and campaigns in favor of a revival of Tony Stark.
