Robert Schuler-Voith and his family have to cope with a heavy loss. Philipp Schuler-Voith, the son of the Leifheit dynasty, has died at the age of 38. The public prosecutor’s office confirmed this to GALA.

Great sadness for Philipp Schuler-Voith: The son of entrepreneur Robert Schuler-Voith, 69, and his ex-wife Brigitte died at the age of only 38. As the Zurich public prosecutor’s office confirmed to GALA, he was “found dead in a room of a Zurich hotel on Tuesday, January 10, 2023”.

How exactly his death came about is not yet known. “As usual with such deaths, the public prosecutor’s office and the police are investigating the circumstances that led to the man’s death,” explains a spokesman for the tragic incident, which was initially reported by “Bild”. Further information cannot be disclosed at this time.

The family was involved in Leifheit AG

The family is one of the wealthiest families in Germany, held shares in the household appliance group Leifheit for more than 30 years until 2015 and built up billions in assets with other companies such as the metal press company Schuler.
