The Qrevo Master certainly has no shortage of advantages to highlight, but at €1,299 for its launch, its price risks putting off more than one person. We were also surprised to see such an expensive robot included in the Q series, which represents the mid-range at Roborock, but the firm is also launching a more affordable Qrevo S. It should also be positioned below the Qrevo MaxV and Qrevo Pro and become the most affordable Qrevo once stocks of the Qrevo 2023 are exhausted.
That being said, this Qrevo S does not bring much more than the old model. The camera to detect and recognize obstacles is reserved for the Qrevo Master and MaxV, and there is also no system for approaching the side brush or a mop along the walls. Roborock barely mentions increased suction power (7000 Pa against 5500 Pa), but it is difficult to see the performance really improving that much. But it’s not that bad…
The first Qrevo actually showed good performance, while requiring little attention on a daily basis thanks to its multifunction station. The Qrevo S should therefore at least do the same with a slightly more attractive price. It was launched at €799 and a discount of €150 is offered until June 26, 2024. It therefore costs €649.
