ROCHE BOBOIS: DISTRIBUTION OF AN INSTALLMENT DIVIDEND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 – 11/24/2022 at 6:00 pm

ROCHE BOBOIS SA (ISIN: FR0013344173 – Mnemonic: RBO), the international benchmark for high-end furniture and the French Art de Vivre, announces the distribution of an interim dividend of €1 per share for the financial year 2022.

In view of the strong growth expectations expected for the 2022 financial year, the Company wanted its shareholders to benefit from an interim dividend without waiting for the publication of the results for the financial year. In this respect, the Management Board met on November 21, 2022 and approved the distribution of an ordinary interim dividend of €1 per share for the current financial year 2022.

This deposit will be detached on December 4, 2022 and paid on December 6, 2022.
