ROCHE BOBOIS: MINUTES OF THE ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF ROCHE BOBOIS SA OF JUNE 13, 2024 – APPROVAL OF A DIVIDEND OF EUR 2.25 PER SHARE – 06/18/2024 at 7:00 p.m.


Paris, June 18, 2024

Roche Bobois announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which met on June 13, 2024 adopted all of the resolutions submitted to the vote.

The general meeting notably approved the distribution of a dividend of €2.25 per share for its 2023 financial year (identical to the 2022 financial year). As a reminder, Roche Bobois SA has already paid an interim dividend of €1 per share on November 16, 2023.

The Management Board met on June 18, 2024 and set the date for payment of the balance of the dividend (i.e. €1.25/share) to July 5, 2024. The ex-date (ex-date) is set until July 3, 2024.
