(Boursier.com) — The company Roche Bobois was informed, on May 9, of the signing of a Dutreil Pact dated December 2, 2022 (amendment dated March 13, 2023) by certain shareholders of the company belonging to the Roche and Chouchan families. It relates to commitments to retain Roche Bobois shares for a period of 2 years without renewal. A share of 42.64% of the capital is targeted by this commitment, representing 45.68% of the voting rights.
The signatories of the pact are Jean-Eric Chouchan (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Antonin Roche (member of the Management Board) and Société Patrimoniale Roche (SPR), Elyane Roche, Nathalie Roche, Nicolas Roche, Jeanne Roche.
