Roland Kaiser Show: Crime repetition attracts more people to the screens

Solid audience ratings, but nothing more: The "Roland Kaiser Show" in the First had to admit defeat to a repeat yesterday.

Little surprise for yesterday's "Roland Kaiser Show" in the first. The hit show was apparently not completely convincing with the viewers and had to defeat the day's victory of a repeat of "Commissioner Heller" on ZDF. Only 2.79 million people watched the three-hour show under the motto "Love Can Save Us", in which great artists such as Ronan Keating (43), Maite Kelly (40), Jeanette Biedermann (40) or Adel Tawil (42) alongside great ones Bands like BAP, Glasperlenspiel or Santiano performed.

Nevertheless, the almost three million are a solid value for the pop star Roland Kaiser (68) and the first. After all, they achieved a market share of 12.4 percent. For comparison: The episode "Heart Failure" of the crime series "Kommissarin Heller", which was watched by around seven million people last year, gathered a total of 4.41 million in front of the TV screens. However, Kaiser and Co. could still grow with the young audience: among 14 to 49 year olds, only around 270,000 people tuned in, a market share of just 4.7 percent.
