F1 driver Romain Grosjean crashed into a guardrail at around 220 km / h. For the first time he shows his hand, which was burned in the fire crash.

At the Bahrain Grand Prix around two weeks ago, Romain Grosjean (34) had several Guardian Angels with him. He survived a horror crash. The French Formula 1 driver crashed into a guardrail at around 220 km / h and fortunately was able to free himself from his burning car. On Instagram, he now shows that his healing is progressing well.

"Damn it, it makes me super happy"

In the post, Grosjean shows two photos of his right hand. The burns are sometimes deep, but he is satisfied with the progress. "Damn it, it makes me super happy to have my right hand free from associations," writes the Frenchman. He said he had to put a lot of cream on her, but it was good to see her in "such good condition". Now he is waiting for his other hand to recover.

Grosjean has kept his fans up to date on his condition since his accident. In a first clip from the hospital bed, for example, he reported that, given the circumstances, he was doing relatively well. In the following posts he could be seen again with his hands bandaged during dumbbell training or back in the cockpit of a racing car from the Haas racing team.
