Romy Schneider is finally coming to Netflix. While for a few months, the films of the cinematographic series Sisi are available on SALTO, the American VOD platform in turn welcomes the icon of French cinema in its catalog. From March 16, Netflix subscribers will be able to discover or rediscover the most beautiful films of Romy Schneiderstarting with the classics The trial (1962), A woman at her window (1976) and The important thing is to love (1975), for which the German actress won the very first César for Best Actress in History in 1976.
In this cycle dedicated to Romy Schneider, moviegoers will also be able to view her finest collaborations with Alain Delon, her lover from 1958 to 1963, in Christine (1958), Full Sun (1968) and La Piscine (1969). Things of life (1970) and Max and the Junkmen (1971), in which Schneider opposite Michel Piccoli, and Caesar and Rosalie (1972), with Yves Montand, will also be available. In all, a dozen films featuring the beautiful Sissi will appear in the Netflix catalog.
