Ross Antony has lost a whopping 20 kilograms through “hard work”. He is very “proud” of that.

Ross Antony (49) is currently particularly “proud” of himself, his body and his “hard work”: The singer has lost 20 kilograms in just six months. A few days ago he shared what it looks like visually and on the scale with his fans on Instagram. “After a lot of hard work, I finally made it… down from 106 kg to 86 kg…” said Antony happily. He shared his weight loss secret now also in an interview with “RTL”.

Healthy eating and exercise

The former king of the jungle and his husband Paul Reeves (49) were “very consistent”. “We ate a lot less. We always helped each other when they had a weak moment.” For example, her menu included a breakfast with fried eggs and cheese or porridge. There was fruit for lunch and salad with a piece of meat for dinner. From 6 p.m. onwards the two of them only had something to drink. But they didn’t go without anything during their diet: “We still ate chocolate and cake.”

In addition to a healthy diet, the couple also exercised a lot more: “We did a lot of exercise. So we went swimming a lot – three times a week, definitely. Then we played tennis, two or three times a week, good ones two hours. And what helped us the most was playing golf, because you definitely walk six to seven kilometers on the golf course.”

How did the change come about?

Antony explains that the corona pandemic caused both of them to gain weight. Within two years, he and his husband each weighed 20 kilograms more. Antony noticed that everyday movements, such as climbing stairs, were difficult to manage “without being out of breath.” Everything has become “more complicated and difficult”. This prompted the couple to declare war on the pounds – with success.

Ross Antony wants to get to 80 kilograms

Overall, the singer is currently “much happier because I can move better.” He now has much more self-confidence again. He remains ambitious and disciplined: he wants to lose another six kilograms so that in the end the weight will be 80. But he also assures that everything happens under the supervision of a doctor.
