(CercleFinance.com) – Rothschild & Co announces that it has reached an agreement allowing Wintrust Financial Corporation to acquire two asset management companies from Rothschild & Co North America, namely Rothschild & Co Asset Management US and Rothschild & Co Risk Based Investments.
These investment managers, specializing in equity investment strategies for institutional, intermediary and other clients, represent approximately $8 billion in assets under management.
This transaction, the financial terms of which are not disclosed by the financial institution, should be finalized at the beginning of the first quarter of 2023, subject to certain closing conditions.
