Round table – The Graz parks remain open to everyone

Increasing acts of violence, massive pollution and destruction (the passport office meadow in the city park has to be completely renovated), extreme noise levels – the conflicts in and around the central Graz squares are getting bigger and bigger. The responsible authorities (police, magistrate, security guard, cleaning, market office & Co.) agreed on a coordinated approach in order to be able to keep the parks open for recreational purposes and to combat the abuses that have emerged. For example, cleaning at Kaiser-Josef-Platz starts at 11 p.m. instead of 4 a.m. In addition, visitors are required to be considerate via a communication campaign.
