Royals: Duchess Kate + Prince William: What's next with your children?

Duchess Catherine and Prince William stepped in as teachers for their children because of Corona. Whether it stays that way or not remains to be seen next week.

Duchess Kate + Prince William: what's next with your children?

The summer holidays in England are coming to an end and so an important question for parents is in the room: How is school going with Corona? Prince William, 38, and Duchess Catherine, 38, will also deal with this topic. Her two older children, Prince George, seven, and Princess Charlotte, five, attend Thomas's Battersea School in London. Since March the little ones have been homeschooled by their parents; William and Kate talked about it several times in video calls. On September 7th, George and Charlotte have to return to class – but where? On site or at the desk with mom and dad?

As "BBC" writes, all schools and universities are expected to reopen in September. Corona protective measures include the introduction of hand disinfection stations, staggered break times and the division of students into fixed groups. It is not yet known how Thomas's Battersea School will organize their classes. Face-to-face teaching, distance learning, a mix of both?

Kates and Williams' decision to either send the children back to school or – if distance learning is possible – to keep them at home sends out an important signal to the people. Royal reporter Russell Myers said on the British show "Good Morning Britain": "I think that's very interesting and I'm sure the whole country will look closely."
