RSA, APL, activity bonus… These 2 new dates when CAF transfers will be postponed

Traditionally, aid from the Family Allowance Fund (Caf) is paid at the beginning of each month, on the 5th precisely. But this year, there are still two dates where they will be distributed later or a little before.

If you receive family allowances, the activity bonus, the active solidarity income (RSA), the activity bonus or the allowance for disabled adults (AAH), you may have noticed that the transfer to the Fund of family allowances (Caf) intervened a little later than usual in March.

Indeed, it pays these aids every 5th of the month. Sometimes the 5 falls on a holiday or a weekend. In this case, the transfer is made the nearest working day, specifies the Caf. As a result, this year, the January allowances were paid on Monday, February 6. Ditto for those of February distributed this Monday, March 6 since the 5th fell on a Sunday.

A shift in July and November

There are two other dates where the CAF payments will be delayed compared to the indicative date of the 5th. First, there are the July allocations. They will be paid one day before, either the friday august 4. On the other hand, those of October will be distributed on monday november 6.

Return to normal for the other payments of the year since the 5th of the months of April, May, June, July, September, October and December falls on a working day.
