(CercleFinance.com) – Rubis announces that following the subscription, 517 employees, i.e. nearly 48.2% of eligible employees, subscribed to the capital increase reserved for them, in the amount of nearly 4.2 million euros.
Thus, 241,606 new shares (ie 0.23% of the shares in circulation) were issued on May 23, bringing the total number of shares making up its share capital to 103,195,172. These new shares carry dividend rights from January 1, 2023.
As a reminder, the subscription price had been set at 17.04 euros and the subscription period extended from March 20 to April 7. Funds invested through the FCPE Rubis Avenir will be available after a blocking period of five years unless released early.
