(CercleFinance.com) – Rubis announces that Photosol -a company 80% owned by Rubis since April 2022- will acquire the assets of Mobexi, a French specialist in rooftop photovoltaic installations, and integrate the 20 employees attached to it .
The Group is committing €2 million for the takeover of assets, which should generate revenue of around €6 million in 2023, corresponding to 5 MWp of rooftop installations.
In the medium term, the objective is to increase the annual installations to 25 MWp, relying on the one hand on the expertise of Photosol in procurement,
operation and maintenance (O&M) and on the other hand on the customer portfolio and the Group’s international presence.
Rubis now presents itself as a ‘benchmark player for all types of photovoltaic installations from 0.1 MWp to 3 MWp on new buildings, existing roofs or car parks, up to large ground-mounted power plants of more than 3 MWp’.
