(CercleFinance.com) – Rubis announces Olivier Heckenrothe’s decision to resign as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and to withdraw from the Accounts and Risks Committee as well as the Compensation and Appointments Committee.
Olivier Heckenroth considered that the approval rate for the resolution relating to the renewal of his term of office as a member of the Supervisory Board during the AGM of June 8 was insufficient to enable him to carry out his mission as Chairman of the Board.
The energy product storage and distribution group specifies that these decisions will take effect at the next meeting of the supervisory board, during which the members will appoint their chairman.
