After briefly presenting its logo, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, sequel to the 2019 remake, continues to deliver revelations in dribs and drabs. He has indeed revealed his main illustrations and his release date through a video filmed in a port area full of containers.
You may have missed it, but Activision has obviously slipped into the sequence the date on which we will find the true presentation of the game ofInfinity Ward. The inscription “J-8-22” is indeed represented in fluorescent green on a container, in a fast scene, but not at all hidden. The players logically think that it would be a reference to June 8, 2022, and that the publisher would finally introduce the title in due form that Thursday. Above all, this confirms a saying of theinsider Tom Henderson, who had already mentioned a presentation on this date a few days ago.
Otherwise, Charlie Intel reports that the data miners found references to pre-orders of the Playstation Store of Modern Warfare II in the latest update Vanguard. They would have discovered 3 editions: a standard, a cross-gen bundle indicating that thenext gen upgrade will still not be free and a Vault Edition. This would include:
- the Battlepass of the Season 1 and 50 Third Skips ;
- the Red Team Operator Pack (Ghost, soap, Price and Farah);
- the FJX Cinder Weapon Vault ;
- A bonus Double XP standard and for 10 o’clock arms;
- the Ghost Legacy Packincluding 12 skins ofOperators and 12 weapon blueprints.
Additionally, pre-orders of any edition would qualify for early access to the future open beta on PS4 and PS5. Despite the acquisition ofActivision by Microsoftthe partnership with Sony Interactive Entertainment should therefore continue. If everything lines up, Activision could therefore confirm all this on June 8, during the still hypothetical presentation of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare IIwhose release date is set for October 28, 2022.
