RUMOR about Ghost Recon: a real new episode in development at Ubisoft

This week, Ubisoft announced the end of Ghost Recon Breakpoint updates. The shooter will therefore no longer be entitled to additional content, the developers will still leave the servers open and thank the few pigeons players who have purchased NFT.

Regarding the future of the franchise, there is nothing reassuring. Officially, Ubisoft developed Ghost Recon Frontlinea FPS free-to-play way Battle Royale which strongly resembles Call of Duty: Warzone, and whose beta was postponed at the last moment. It was last October, since then, nothing. But Kotaku cites reliable sources and claims thatUbisoft also developing a real new game Ghost Reconwith the codename OVERwhich could be released sometime in fiscal year 2023. The title was already mentioned in the big leaked of NVIDIA and has been in development for over a year.

Ubisoft obviously didn’t comment on the rumor, but even if it’s correct, fans will have to be patient, even for GR Frontline which, again according to Kotakuwould have been rebooted internally to better meet the expectations of the players. You can find Ghost Recon Breakpoint at €53.99 at Gamesplanet.
