It is on this day after a birthday that the hangover comes to strike Rockstar Gamesbecause a leaked massive has appeared in recent hours on the Web regarding the next episode not yet officially named, unlike its development, which we will therefore always call GTA 6 like everywhere else. First of all, keep in mind that nothing is final. On the other hand, in view of the quantity of details provided, it is difficult to deny the veracity of these leaks, which stick with the information from Jason Schreier reported last July, the latter having clarified it again in a tweet this Sunday.
It all started with a post on GTAForums of a certain teapotuberhackersimply claiming to have in his possession 90 videos showing footage of GTA 6 and then giving the link to download the files in an archive in the format .rar. At the time of writing these lines, the servers are overloaded and the file has already landed with more than 32,000 people, which is to say that it will not be enough to Rockstar and Take-Two Interactive to delete one or two videos on Youtube to prevent it from spreading further.
For starters, these videos were obviously captured using Windows Game DVR by having access to the collaborative communication platform Slack used by developers. The Internet user in question, by his nickname, could be the same one who recently hacked Uberin other words, this is a crime. Everything presents an interface debugshowing overall testing done on various aspects of the game.
As the rumors would have it, we would embody a man and a woman, respectively named Jason and luciain the town of Vice City whose name is visible on certain buildings or vehicles. Although these excerpts may be old, some Internet users like here noted the fact that a GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER is used with the driver r516_87 released last August.
Given the seriousness of these leaks, we will share nothing more than one of the countless videos already uploaded on Youtube, which apparently groups together all the sequences. If it’s no longer available while you’re reading this article, you know where to look. We obviously expect a reaction from Rockstar Games now, who can’t sit idly by and act like nothing happened.
