The often very well informed Tom Henderson struck again. L’insider obviously does not just leak a game that has not yet been announced, but an accessory. According to his sources, Sony Interactive Entertainment would currently prepare a DualSense improved, in response to the gamepad Elite available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
The name of this improved controller is not yet released, but his code name would be Huntand she has been described as a DualSense “professional” during an informal conversation. Tom Henderson claims to have been able to view visuals of a prototype, which would present detachable analog sticks (for easy replacement or repair in the event of drifting ?), of the Trigger Stops to reduce the stroke required to activate the adaptive triggers, and even steering wheel paddle-type rear buttons. The accessory would be delivered with a grip removable to reinforce grip and would offer software-level optimizations.
L’insider specifies that his source confirmed to him that the revelation of the DualSense Pro (let’s call it that for now) would happen “soon”, and he reminds us that other rumors are that EIS hold one State of Play at the end of June, where he would present new accessories and games.
