This Tuesday evening, Tom Henderson published on his site InsiderGaming a long and very interesting article returning to the internal situation at Ubisoft. He thus returns to the fact that the publisher tried to pursue certain trends including the genre of Battle Royalewith canceled projects like Ghost Recon: FrontlineTHE NFT with the Quartz and the extraction shooters with in mind The Division Heartland. He also mentions the numerous delays, notably cases of Skull and Bones which is finally about to see the light of day, Beyond Good and Evil 2 Or XDefiant, as well as management problems and the fact that a rule would have been put in place to force a return to work on the premises two days a week. We will move on to attempts to estimate game sales based on the number of players (on Steam a priori), which are not worth much in their current state. Where this interests us more is the release schedule for future productions, with several projects in our sights. Assassin’s Creed.
You will therefore find below the calendar of the next big releases ofUbisoft mentioned by Tom Henderson, who is therefore to be taken with a grain of salt and does not constitute all of the games that could appear during these periods. We have added some comments and links to our articles.
