Series Sly Cooper (one time called Sly Raccoon or just sly by us) marked the PS2 with a first signed trilogy Sucker Punch Productionsbefore returning to PS3 and PS Vita with the Sly Cooper: Thieves Through Time of Sanzaru Games. And for a few months, rumors have it that a Sly Cooper 5 is in preparation.

But it’s believed that Pixel Opus (as many of you have guessed) possibly in collaboration with Sony Animation are the ones working on Sly. Nick Baker of XboxEra had affirmed it at the time and puts back a diaper of it this week. According to him, the project would not be developed by Sucker Punch Productionscertainly busy on other franchises, nor Sanzaru Gamesacquired by Oculus Studios. The studio at the helm would be Pixel Opuspartner of PlayStation Studios to whom we owe Entwined and especially Concrete Genie. It would therefore be the famous PS5 exclusive created in partnership with Sony Pictures Animation (Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse), whose aesthetic qualities we can easily imagine.
