Rupert Murdoch wants to marry a scientist
Murdoch reportedly met Zhukova at a large family gathering hosted by his third ex-wife Wendi Deng, 55. Murdoch’s current fiancée worked as a scientist at the University of California in Los Angeles, reports the New York Times. Zhukova, who is originally from Russia, was previously married to Alexander Zhukov, 69, a Russian-born British businessman. Zhukova’s 42-year-old daughter Dasha, a Russian-American art collector, was married to Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich, 57.

The invitations for Murdoch’s new wedding, which is to take place at his Californian winery in Moraga, have apparently already been sent out, reports the Times, citing a representative of Murdoch. “The Hollywood Reporter” reports that the couple plans to get married there on June 1st.
Fifth wedding for Rupert Murdoch
Rupert Murdoch has been married four times before. He first walked down the aisle with Patricia Booker in 1956; the two divorced eleven years later in 1967. They have a child together. Murdoch married his second wife, Anna Maria Torv, 79, in 1967, with whom he has three children. The couple separated in 1999 after 32 years of marriage. Murdoch and Deng, his third wife, married in 1999 and divorced in 2013. The couple had two children. Murdoch was married to model Jerry Hall, 67, from 2016 to 2022.
In September 2023 it was announced that Murdoch was stepping down as head of the Fox group and the News Corp publishing company. Son Lachlan, 52, will be behind the wheel in the future – and will therefore replace his father as one of the most powerful opinion makers in the world.
